In America, we’re officially deep into summer … a time that most take respite from work-life and intentionally surround ourselves with family, friends, or simply solo in search of fun within the beautiful chaos of life.

Weather (sp?;) we travel or stay … let’s explore science backed tips to enhance our well-being ::

Grounding

direct physical contact with the Earth’s surface allowing for the transfer of free electrons from the ground to our body

Sunshine Daydream
