Are you aware :: it takes only 20%?
Most days it happens subconsciously, but critical to be mindful of - if absent, it takes a toll on us.
What is it ? LOVE.
If we cannot correlate love with what we do (personally and professionally), science proves we are more likely to experience daily worry, stress, sadness and anger … along with a higher chance for burnout.
On the upside, however … if we can find love (yes, LOVE !!) at minimum in 20% of what we do - it ignites our resilience, our energy and sense of fulfillment.
In fact, when finding love at a higher rate in our daily activities there is actually no major impact on our heightened energy levels and sense of fulfillment :: making 20% seemingly even more doable!
Nerd tip :: when brains are scanned while partaking in activities of love, they react differently - they literally light up … and in all actuality, doing something we love - builds the thickest synaptic connections, igniting growth!!
Intertwining 20% of love in a given task, allows for that other 80% of the time to not feel so heavy, removing opportunity for us to get burnt out.
We have that capacity!!
Think of something you do where you lose track of time. You’re enthralled, so much in love with a particular activity all sense of time is lost.
How can you replicate that feeling in other areas of your life?
Love fuels growth.
(R)emind yourself of the feeling, find how to (r)eplicate it … then (r)itualize it :: integrating (3) r’s for lasting change!
Don’t shy away from the word love :: embrace it … and find more of it to inject in your daily life!
