Are you aware :: what (3) things science proves we need to live happier?

I thoroughly believe happiness is ultimate ROI (return on investment) … in ourselves, our families, our teams, our clients.

Also, that we can find happiness rooted not by the event or circumstance but by our expectations.

So, how is it that we can bubble up happiness every day when we are wired for negativity?

Thank you, ancestors (smh!).

First, remember…

  • the (4) primary negative emotions (anger / sadness / fear / disgust) are what have kept us alive

  • survival was and still is critical (just in different ways)

  • negative experiences push us to learn and grow

Alright back to the data on pursuing happiness ::

(1) Enjoyment

Think :: the humans we choose to surround ourselves with, the memories we make.


(2) Satisfaction

Think :: assess our ‘wants’ - finding pure satisfaction from wanting less.

(3) Meaning

Think :: the theory of why things happen / our purpose, life direction / significance of us being on this earth.

Focus and absorb these (3) things and make them a priority, you will certainly be on the path of living your happiest!
