Are you aware :: everlasting change is feasible (at any age)?

Ask yourself ::

  • Do you say “it’s fine” for more than you’re willing to admit?

  • Do you want more energy throughout the day (without being so reliant on caffeine) to accomplish what matters most to you?

  • Is there a behavior of yours you’d like to tweak but you’re not clear where to begin in order to adjust?

Integrating everlasting change in your life is hard but there are three simple tactics that allow for change to become your new norm.

(R)eminders

We must remind ourselves to act on the behavior that will support the change we want. Reminding ourselves will be the trigger that initiates the new behavior.

(R)epetition

We must repeat (over and over again!!) the new behavior we are after. With repetition, our brains sync with/become more aware of the newly forming habit.

(R)itual

In order to force a new behavior to become a habit, we must ritualize it. When we conduct rituals in our lives, it ignites our neural pathways supporting the new habit we are consistently putting into action.
