Our schedules are more stretched along with our waistbands.
We’re surrounded by libations, temptations filled with sugar and processed ingredients … as well as a layer of stress piled on to close the year on top.
All the while - making the season extra bright for the kiddos, friends and family.

So, let’s find balance within it all.
establish healthy boundaries (it’s okay to say ‘no’)
eat fiber before enjoying sugar
drink a little apple cider vinegar with water before a meal or snack
incorporate adaptogens
take a 10-minute walk after you eat
